Being able to perform all operations of CEMOVIS and implement the method in the lab.

Experienced electron microscopists (preference will be given to persons experienced in ultramicrotomy and in cryo-EM of vitreous specimen or in Tokuyasu's cryo-sections) |

Preference will be given to suitable applicants who were rejected from the 2007 course solely due to space limitations. |

Students will be provided with a set of known high-quality specimens to ensure that course objectives are met; however, students wishing to bring their own, non-pathogenic materials may do so, provided that suitable arrangements have been made with the course leader at least 3 weeks prior to commencement of the course. |
