| Cancellation procedure | |

The following cancellation procedure is proposed to all partners. 4 weeks before the start of the course |
|
| 1. | If the required number of trainees is registered for the course,
the class will be confirmed and all participants are notified
to make arrangements to attend the course. Participants are notified they are now committed to the course and there will be charges for withdrawal. |

If the required number of participants has not registered for
the course,
and there is no expectation for further registrations,
the class will be cancelled. All remaining registered participants will be notified and offered classes for a later date if possible. |
| 3. | If the required number of participants has not registered for the course, and there is the possibility for further class registrations, the Course manager has two weeks to fill the remaining training seats. Participants already registered will be notified that a final decision is made 2-weeks (10-working days) prior to class convene date. |

If two weeks before the convene date the required number
of trainees has not registered for the course the class is cancelled
and all remaining registered trainees are notified and offered
classes for a later date |
